Tips and Precautions:

1. Please make sure the hose is not bent when using the steamer. If the hose is bent, the following scenarios may occur:
1. The bent hose creates a blockage, which results in reduced vapor and the steamer may generate noise.
2. Water may flow back into the tank. The steamer will turn off automatically once it reaches a certain temperature. It may take a minute or two to cool down and turn on again.
2. After using the steamer, be sure to empty all the water in the tank to avoid bacteria or contamination built up.
3. The metal coil (where the tube connects to the steamer) gets extremely HOT. Be careful to not touch it!
4. The steamer goes to 'standby mode' once the water tank is empty. The orange light turns off automatically. Please note during 'standby mode', the steamer is still powered on and can be hot to the touch. Remember to do turn off the power when you are no longer using the steamer.

Please note that you will need to mail the product, freight paid, in either its original packaging or packaging affording an equal degree of protection to Cirago's service center together with a copy of your dated proof of purchase.
